Comprehensive Body Assessment
Involves an analysis of your body’s range of movement, muscle length, movement patterns, muscle strength, and movement coordination associated with walking and running.
In-depth Review of Running Form
Our in-depth review of your running form involves a run video analysis of your running gait, from the stance phase to the swing phase of your stride. This means we review everything from the rotation of your trunk, optimization of your foot strike, coordination of your stance phase, movement efficiency, and everything in between.
Customized Exercise Program
The exercise programs created by our therapists will revolve around what’s found in your body assessment and running form review. These exercises will be specific to you, and may involve range of motion, strength, and movement coordination and optimization.
