Marissa is a physiotherapy resident with a strong academic background, earning her Master of Physiotherapy from McMaster University, a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Medical Science from Western University. Her passion for physiotherapy stems from over a decade of competitive dance, giving her a unique understanding of movement and recovery.

Marissa is committed to creating personalized treatment plans that combine exercise, education, and hands-on care, tailored to each client’s needs and goals. She strives to empower clients to take an active role in their recovery and achieve their movement goals through evidence-based care.

Outside of the clinic, Marissa enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and group fitness classes. She values quality time with her friends, family, and her cat and dog, and loves spending time outdoors.
