Physiotherapist
Lauren Copping
Lauren completed her Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of British Columbia. Prior to her physio degree, she studied in both the USA and UK pursuing her interests in dance and research.
Lauren’s interest in physical therapy started through her own experience with injuries as a high-level dancer. This has led to her wanting to share rehabilitation knowledge and help others recover from and prevent future injury. She continues to intertwine her passion for dancers through her ongoing involvement as a committee member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science (IADMS).
When Lauren’s not at the clinic, she enjoys dancing, running with her husky, strength training, hiking, and skiing.
