MODERN, ELEVATED CLINICS

Our clinics are designed to support how you move and feel your best—from open, inviting spaces to best-in-class equipment that empowers you at every step of your FutureProof journey.

PERSONALIZED, 1:1 CARE

Every Myo session is one-on-one, allowing for true, personalized attention and tailored care for a lasting impact.

FUTUREPROOF PLAN™ OF ACTION

Leave every session with actionable tools and insights to move more powerfully—to prevent injury, reduce pain and improve mobility.

Common Questions

How is Myo different from other therapies?

Most traditional care focuses on short-term relief—treating one symptom in isolation. At Myo, we take a smarter, whole-body approach that looks at how your body moves, where it’s holding tension, and what it needs to feel stronger, more mobile, and more in control.

Every session follows our FutureProof Method™—a five-phase framework that combines hands-on therapy with personalized movement strategies to help you reduce pain, prevent injury, and feel more confident in your body.

Your care is always one-on-one with an expert clinician. No machines, no assistants, and no cookie-cutter programs—just real, intentional care designed for you.

What happens in a Myo session?

Every Myo session is one-on-one and begins with a whole-body assessment, so your care is tailored to how you move, what’s limiting you, and what your body needs most that day.

You’ll start with hands-on therapy to reduce pain, release tension, and restore alignment—relief you’ll feel immediately. Then, your clinician will guide you through personalized movement to help you build confidence and control in your body.

You’ll walk out not just feeling better, but with a deeper understanding of your body and the tools and insights to keep doing what you love, longer.

How do I choose the right clinician for me?

Your first step at Myo starts with either a Physical Therapist or Chiropractor—both fully trained to assess how your body moves, identify the root cause of any issues or challenges,, and build your personalized FutureProof Plan™

Every clinician at Myo is trained in the same FutureProof Method™, so your care always feels seamless, consistent, and built around your goals.

Is Myo right for me—even if I’m not injured?

Absolutely. Nearly half of the clients who come to Myo aren’t dealing with a major injury—they’re here to prevent one, improve posture, or feel more in control of how their body moves.

Our care is built for both performance and prevention. Whether you’re training hard, easing back into being active, or feeling off in ways you can’t explain, we’re here to help you make sense of your body.

And if something is going on? Our expert clinicians are trained to treat a wide range of injuries and conditions, so you’re always in good hands.

Do you accept insurance?

We’re an out-of-network provider, which means we ask for payment at the time of your session and don’t bill insurance directly.

However, we can give you a superbill—a detailed receipt with everything your insurance company needs if you’d like to request reimbursement. If you'd like a superbill after your session, just let us know at the front desk. We’re happy to help.

Do you accept insurance, and can you direct bill my insurer?

Yes—we can direct bill most major insurance companies in Canada. Our front-of-house team is highly experienced with insurance claims and here to make your experience as smooth as possible. If you're unsure whether your insurer is among those we can bill directly, please contact your local clinic, and we'll be happy to assist you.
