Richard Bell
Richard is a Registered Massage Therapist with a client-centred approach to therapy. He has a deep interest in human movement, and how it relates to daily living and sport.
He has been a lifelong athlete and coach for over 15 years. Richard has been a lecturer and teaching assistant at the University of Toronto, teaching biomechanics and physical activity courses. His broad exposure to a variety of sports and knowledge — from sailing to powerlifting — has allowed him to bring a unique perspective and integration of manual therapy, and how it compliments movement.
In his downtime, Richard enjoys weight training and exploring the outdoors.
