Michelle Vidal
With a foundation as a physical therapist assistant from Casa Loma College, Michelle spent seven years in geriatric care at a skilled nursing home. Her passion for promoting healthier, long-lasting functional lifestyles led her to transition into massage and assisted stretch therapy, where she provides personalized, one-on-one care.
Michelle received her massage therapy education from the National Holistic Institute and holds certifications in assisted stretching, including Fascia Stretch Therapy (Level 3) from Stretch to Win and Flexologist Training from StretchLab. She enjoys connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds, united by a common goal of enhancing long-term health.
Her approach integrates various therapeutic modalities designed to reduce pain and improve overall function. Michelle finds fulfillment in her work, utilizing her skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact on her clients’ well-being. She believes that combining massage with movement is essential to health, and that consistency is the key to achieving lasting results.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys playing tennis, spending quality time with her dog and loved ones, and exploring new eats as a foodie.
