Tharaniya Sivarajah

Physiotherapy Resident

Tharaniya Sivarajah is a Resident Physiotherapist and certified personal trainer (CSEP-CPT) with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. With a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Brunel University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University, she brings valuable expertise to her practice.

Tharaniya’s journey into movement began with various activities, including dancing, volleyball, strength training, martial arts, and running. Her passion deepened when she faced her own injuries in her early 20s, prompting her to embrace resilience and continue strength training.

Recognizing the complexities of healthcare advice, Tharaniya is committed to helping others rediscover their love for movement and emerge stronger than ever. Her treatment philosophy combines manual therapy and personalized exercises, enabling individuals to regain independence and achieve lasting relief while smoothly transitioning back to their favorite activities.

Outside the clinic, Tharaniya enjoys doing pull-ups, walking her dog, and exploring new music on Spotify. If you’re an afrobeat fan, she’d love to connect!
