Monika Reinstein
Chiropractor
Monika completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Western University, and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude designation. Prior to her education, she was a dancer for 20 years and was highly active in the Dance Minor program at Western University before a multi-ligamentous knee injury forced her to take a break from dance.
Her personal experience managing a significant knee injury led to her pursuing her passion for understanding and optimizing movement of the human body. Despite her injury, her surgery and intensive rehabilitation she competed in her final season of university dance competitions. She truly knows what it takes to get the body moving and feeling its best.
Monika takes an evidence-informed and client-centered approach to treatment, tailoring each client’s treatment specifically to their needs. She believes in empowering clients by giving them the tools to better understand and manage their own conditions, allowing them to continue living the life they want to live, and doing what they love.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Monika pursuing dance, yoga, and all things outdoors — hiking, camping/portaging, canoeing, and kayaking.
