Indu is an orthopedic and pelvic health physiotherapist. She studied kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, and physiotherapy at the prestigious University of London in the United Kingdom. She has experience in treating various injuries and has also worked in acute care across hospitals in the U.K.

Indu uses a combination of exercise, education, and manual therapy to help clients achieve their goals. She firmly believes in a client-centered approach and encourages her clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation. She has enhanced her career by taking the Level 1,2, and 3 pelvic health courses, and has her acupuncture/dry needling certificate.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys playing with her son, her dog, and spending time with her husband and family. She loves to catch up on the latest shows on Netflix and loves to perform karaoke!
